Shipping policy
Bern Penthouse offers FREE shipping on all
orders. Please make sure your shipping address is correct prior to
placing an order as no refunds will be given if the item is delivered to
the wrong address IF that is the address associated with the order. If
ordering more than one item, it is likely you will receive items in
individual packages. Your separate tracking numbers will be emailed or
texted to what is on file.
Expect to receive your item within
2-4 weeks as everything is handmade, usually, it is much less time but
unfortunately, in rare cases, it can be longer as well. Bern Penthouse
is not responsible for delayed shipping as it is the shipping carrier's
responsibility once it has been shipped out. NO refunds for delayed
packages.
All items that are lost/stolen require the customer to file a
claim with the shipping carrier, or route package protection.
Customs, duties, and taxes (not applicable to those in the USA)
Bern Penthouse is not responsible for any customs/taxes applied to your
order at the time of delivery. All fees imposed during or after shipping
are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If you
are outside of the USA, you will likely be required to pay duties/taxes
by your nation’s customs in order to obtain possession of your shipment.
This charge is not determined by Bern Penthouse or UPS / USPS / FedEx /
DHL, etc, but by your country’s government.
Bern Penthouse
handles international shipments as a courtesy to our customers and we
assume no liability for these charges, nor are we able to predetermine
or estimate these fees ahead of time. They are calculated by customs
upon arrival of the package. If you have any questions about this, you
should contact your desired shipping company or the customs department
for the country you intend to ship to.
